I'm going to level with you here. I didn't expect to end up being a coach. In fact, when I was at my lowest, I wasn't sure if I would ever feel 'normal' again ... whatever normal is.
When I hit rock bottom and overwhelm was suffocating me I inadvertantly started on a quest to find calm. I just didn't realise that I was on a quest at the time or what I was looking for.
I would absorb any form of personal development, coaching, strength building, resilience fuelling things available to me. Soaking them in, breathing them in, eating them, rubbing them into my pores - you get the idea.
I was determined to get back on my feet no matter what.
I'm a bit of an over sharer. So when I learn, I naturally share. I can't help it. It bubbles up out of my mouth and I feel like I will implode if I can't share useful things with people. Things that I have found helpful or life changing.
So I sort of fell into coaching others, trained and qualified as a professional coach and then started to create my own add on methods.
Why Nordic stuff? (I am half greek and half English) ... well Iceland has been my muse for a long time ... I used to paint the landscape and write stories and poetry based there.
One fine day someone posted a photo of the Little Book of Hygge by Meik Wiking. I was hooked. I started researching other nordic concepts and it grew and grew.
Now I help people on their quest for calm to find the tools they need to create the peaceful life they are craving and I can do the same for you.
I am opening the doors for my Nordic Village on 21st March. Until then you can find calm and comfort in my free Hygge Makes Me Happy group over on Facebook. Join Group
I have so much lined up for you over the next few months and I am 100% confident that the methods I use work. They are rapid and simple and I am so looking forward to sharing more with you very soon.
